Shouldn't have spoken so soon...

Well, the finks backed out of the deal (even though we didn't change a thing on their offer) so we are back to square one. We even found a great town home/apartment thing that was big enough to keep us from having to get a storage unit but was still in our price range. Apparently, they thought it would be fine to make an offer to hold the house just in case they decided to take it. Jerks. And I didn't even get the $50 for my trouble.

The silver lining: now our neighbors won't hate us because we sold our house to a curmudgeonly old man...
